Terms and Conditions

1. Ireland-Ac.com  is an advertising medium only. Ireland-Ac.com gives no views and makes no recommendations about any accommodation advertised on  Ireland-Ac.com.
2. All details are submitted by the accommodation owner or agent and are provided at face value only. It is the buyers' responsibility to satisfy themselves that the details are correct before booking accommodation.
3. Owners wishing to advertise their property do so on the understanding that they are responsible for their own description and once their advertisement becomes 'live' they check it for correctness. We accept advertising on this basis only and accept no responsibility for errors in text however they occur.
4. Listings will remain on Ireland-Ac.com website until the person(s) placing the listing notifies otherwise.
5. Listings with e-mail and/or website links that become obsolete will be removed.
6. No commissions apply to bookings obtained through listings on Ireland-Ac.com.
7. Ireland-Ac.com does not guarantee that any listing will remain under a specific URL address.
8. Listings will be placed on receipt of details through the on-line form only.
9. It is the intention of Ireland-Ac.com to leave listings published at no further charge indefinitely.
10. Photographs should be sent electronically to contact@Ireland-Ac.com if they are not readily available from your own website.
11. Each listing has a unique identifier. Please state this reference when making enquiries to Ireland-Ac.com.
12. Accommodation owners are encouraged to e-mail any changes of information regarding their listing to contact@ireland-ac.com in order to help maintain the directory. A reminder e-mail may be sent to this effect periodically.
