Longford - Republic of Ireland

County Longford is one of Ireland's 12 inland counties with a population of 29,000. County Longford is one of the smallest counties in Ireland and has borders with counties Leitrim, Cavan, Westmeath, and Roscommon. Its main urban centre is Longford with other larger towns located at Granard, Lanesborough, Abbeylara, Ardagh and Kenagh.
